おいしいぃぃぃいい！自家製スモーク（燻製）の作り方 : もともこも鳴き笑い
▼自家製スモークの材料
・なんちゃらチップ（なんでもいい。お茶っぱでもできるらしい）
・いぶしたいもの（肉とか魚とかチーズとか沢庵とか）
・アルミホイル
・アミ（100円ショップで買ってきた）
・鍋（フライパンなど。フタつきのもの。あまりいい鍋じゃないやつ）▼自家製スモークの作り方
・豚に軽めに塩を振って１時間くらい冷蔵庫で寝かせる
・鍋にアルミホイルを巻く（よごれ防止）
・鍋の中央にスモークチップをスプーン大さじ１くらいのせる
・アミを乗せる（材料とチップが触れないように）
・アミの上に食材を乗せる
・換気扇を回す ※重要※
・２０分、ドキドキしながら火にかける
・完成！食べよう！いただきます！
